| Due to changes in public law Navy Sailors will now be allowed to carry over 75 days of unused Navy Leave starting 1 October 2008. Currently sailors are allowed 60 days of leave to carry over. Effective October 1, 2008, through December 31, 2010, it will be 75 days. (see Public Law 110-181.)
